The researchers argue that persuasion has a purpose to boost up the power of any note or message. Resistance to persuasion is a side discussion for the critics and researchers. The waves that have been generated through different TV programs, shows, movies, songs, magazines etc are the sources to provide us opportunities for the exposure with friends, colleagues, family, and so on. The idea suggests that the person who has many social contacts and rich with friends, can avail more opportunities for persuasion with the occurrence of resistance.

It is not necessary for resistance to occur wherever the persuasion is, but it is essential for persuasion to be occurred only where the resistance has occurred. The social media has played the pivotal role to persuade the people in various ways. They have introduced new techniques such as scarcity of goods, reciprocity their commercials, delivering desired messages, entertaining programs including movies, reality shows, video songs and many other things. The people who have lack of knowledge, can make their minds up without raising new questions in their minds and thus, can easily be persuaded.
