It is really sad and the hurting news for the fans of this legendary singer, Adnan Sami. As we all know that he was equally famous among the people of both countries, Pakistan and India for his timeless New Video Songs but his current statement discriminates him from the Pakistanis and hurts the sentiments of all the Pakistani nation.

To response this statement, Pakistani Interior Minister has confirmed the news of Adnan Sami’s passport cancellation and said, “Why would we issue the certificate to a man who has no respect for ‘sacred’ documents.”
Whereas the spokesperson claims, “Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi has just sent us Adnan Sami’s Pakistani passport but not the documents that are needed to start the process,” he added, “I wonder why they assumed that in this particular case, sending a passport without the relevant documents would be sufficient.”

According to the 1951 laws, he is not fulfilling the criteria of the Pakistani judicial system. While on the other side, the Pakistani Heigh Commission in India have sent all the necessary documents to the government of India and submitted an application for granting him new nationality. “We have sent a communique to Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi and also informed the Interior Ministry about the matter,” the spokesperson of the Directorate General Immigration and Passports said.

It is not for the first time, Sami has sent his application to the Indian government for granting him an Indian nationality but he also did at the beginning of this year. But his appeal was rejected by the Indian government. According to the resources, the Home Minister took this issue seriously and ordered to study this issue carefully. All the countries on this planet have some laws and regulations that are the requisite to serve any foreigner but now here is some exceptional case with Adnan Sami because he is not from any other country but Pakistan.

The Home Minister Said, “Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers conferred under section 3A of Foreigners Act, 1946 (31 of 1946), the central government being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in public interest to do so, hereby declared that provisions of clauses (c) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Foreigners Act 1946 and paragraph 11 of the Foreigners Order, 1948 shall not apply to the said Mr Adnan Sami Khan, son of late Arshad Sami Khan and he is exempted from deportation proceedings. This order shall remain valid until further orders are issued on the subject,” the Home Ministry order said.”

To conclude the above discussion into a nutshell, I would like to say that the person who has no respect for his homeland in his heart as well as in the words of his mouth, then he has no any right to live in that country too. The query that has come into my mind is that why Adnan has claimed such an announcement when he knew that he will have to apply the visa for renewal after some days?

Well, there are some queries that might be remained unsolved but not all of them. is here to provide you a new collection of Atif Aslam New Song. Must watch them!
